Ascendance Sovereign

Your Information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Ascendance Fitness beta collects, uses, protects, and deletes account, Fitness, and optional progress-photo information.

Effective September 10, 2026

Information We Collect

  • Beta application information such as first name, last name, email address, application status, and the version and timestamp of the Beta agreement accepted before account creation.
  • Account information such as email address, display name, authentication records, and beta-access status.
  • Fitness information you provide, including measurements, capabilities, limitations, availability, Missions, reflections, progress, and assessment history.
  • Optional private progress photos and the technical information needed to store and display them securely.
  • Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as timestamps, synchronization status, error information, and device or browser characteristics.
  • Connected-health information only when a supported integration is offered and you explicitly authorize it.

How We Use Information

  • Review Beta applications, communicate application decisions, document applicant agreement, and prevent duplicate active applications.
  • Provide personalized Fitness campaigns, Mission options, progress tracking, recovery guidance, and account synchronization.
  • Secure accounts, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain the closed beta.
  • Respond to support, privacy, export, and deletion requests.
  • Improve Ascendance using aggregated or de-identified observations and voluntary beta feedback.

Private Photos

Progress photos are optional and private by default. They are stored in a non-public account-owned bucket. Ascendance uses short-lived signed links to display them to the authenticated owner and does not make them part of a public profile.

Service Providers and Disclosure

Ascendance uses service providers, including authentication, database, storage, hosting, email, and error-monitoring providers, only as needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and Account Deletion

Beta application and agreement records are retained as needed to administer the Beta, document eligibility and consent, prevent duplicate active applications, and meet legal or operational obligations. Applicants may contact Ascendance Sovereign to request correction or withdrawal before activation.

Account data is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations. Permanent account deletion removes the authentication account, Fitness profile, cloud records, entitlements, and private photo objects. A pseudonymous email eligibility marker may remain to honor the promised Founder Beta return offer for eligible closed testers.

Your Choices

  • Download a JSON copy of Fitness and account data from Account Controls.
  • View or delete individual private progress photos.
  • Correct current measurements through the applicable assessment flow while preserving the permanent Origin Baseline record.
  • Permanently delete the account through Account Controls.
  • Decline optional photos and future connected-health permissions.

Security

Ascendance uses authentication, encrypted transport, private Storage, Row Level Security, account-owned records, and limited-duration photo links. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Age and Location

The Fitness beta is intended only for adults age 18 or older in the United States. It is not directed to children.

Policy Changes

This policy may change as the beta and connected features evolve. Material changes will be presented through the service or by email before they take effect when reasonably possible.
