Eligibility and Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Fitness beta. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Health Disclaimer, and the Photo Privacy Disclosure.

Beta Service

Ascendance is an evolving beta. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Save important personal records and report errors. Beta access does not guarantee a future feature, release date, device integration, or uninterrupted service.

Fitness Guidance

Ascendance provides educational Fitness planning and tracking, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional clearance. You remain responsible for exercise choices, form, surroundings, equipment, and deciding when to stop or seek qualified help.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials private.
• Use only your own account and do not attempt to access another person's records or photos.
• Keep submitted content lawful and do not upload harmful, abusive, or unauthorized material.
• Notify Ascendance promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Beta Access and Future Pricing

Closed Beta complimentary access and Founder Beta eligibility follow the offer displayed in the account. Billing is not activated merely by receiving a beta entitlement. Any paid subscription will require separate checkout terms, price disclosure, and authorization before a charge is made.

User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of measurements, notes, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Ascendance the limited permission needed to securely store, process, and display that content to provide the service. Voluntary beta feedback may be used without restriction to improve Ascendance, provided it does not publicly identify you without permission.

Ascendance Materials

The Ascendance name, visual design, software, campaigns, exercise organization, written guidance, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal beta access does not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, scraping, or competing redistribution.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security threats, misuse, unlawful conduct, material breach, or beta closure. You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account. Deleting a complimentary closed-beta account ends that complimentary access.

Disclaimers and Limitation

The beta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Ascendance does not promise a particular Fitness, health, appearance, weight, or measurement result. To the extent permitted by law, Ascendance is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from beta use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
